Schilling & Company gathers together, in the same company, all of the talents related to taste, including Michelin Star Chefs, cooks, pastry chefs, chocolate makers, confectioners and bakers. This combination is truly unique in San Francisco and evident in each event we produce.
Chef Alfred is highly recognized from his Chocolate Company of San Francisco, featuring hand crafted chocolates. Alfred’s exceptional talents and background boast Private Estate Chef, Executive Chef for Trader Vic’s Restaurants Internationally and Chef Instructor at the acclaimed Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy. He opened “the Best Italian Restaurant” Scallini, in the Far East, which became known for its Grand American Cuisine. Included among Alfred’s distinguished guests and clientele are the Queen of England, Ronald Reagan, Elizabeth Taylor and the Rolling Stones.
